Cinemeta provides film posters and backdrops; TVmaze provides series posters. Set TMDB_API_KEY on the server for film and series posters plus wide backdrops.

TV app updates
Publish a signed APK for compatible TVs. Installation is confirmed on each TV.
TVs check on Home and in Settings → App updates. APK version code must increase and the signing key must match the installed app. Withdraw stops future downloads.
